First Grade Teacher 

Hello Hornets! I'm Ms. Aisa Nones, your First Grade, English teacher for the school year 2024-2025. I'm thrilled to embark on this educational journey with you, and together, we'll discover and learn a world of new things.

A little bit about me: I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Manila, Philippines. This marks my second year as a first-grade teacher here at Aurelian Springs Institute of Global Learning. While I'm new to this school, I bring with me 13 years of teaching experience from my home country. I have earned my teaching license in my home country and specialize in Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching K-2 learners since 2000. 

I have a profound passion for travel, and I love immersing myself in the diverse cultures, traditions, cuisines, and dances of different nations. I love nature, discovering new places, wandering to different islands and exploring picturesque beaches and towering mountains. I look forward to sharing these experiences and knowledge with all of you.

I believe that learning is a holistic process. Students learn not only in the four corners of the classroom, but in everyday experience in school and at home. Together we, the whole ASIGL staff and, in partnership with our parents, will empower all students to bring out their best potential in knowing themselves and learning in different ways.
