The strength and success of the Halifax County District begins with its more than 400 loyal and hard-working staff members. Whether it’s a classroom teacher, a school principal, a bus driver, a custodian or a child nutrition manager; all of the district’s employees recognize their impact on and contribution to student achievement.
Just like we want to see our students grow, Halifax County School District is committed to fostering the growth of its staff members. We recognize the importance of professional development in both furthering the careers of its employees and promoting increased student achievement.
Developing a work environment filled with support, recognition and growth… That’s the Halifax difference.
